Dear Parents and Carers
At Holy Trinity we are taking this Corona Virus pandemic extremely seriously. We are following all Government advice closely and at the moment this means changes almost daily.
Current advice (16/3/20) is that anyone who has a persistent cough or a temperature should now self-isolate for 14 days. This also applies to families of people with these symptoms.
Although school does not currently have any staff members with symptoms we are likely to experience some staff shortages soon from those self-isolating with underlying health conditions or those who have family members with symptoms.
We intend to keep school open for as long as possible until either staff absence or Government advice prevents this.
We are from today asking that parents do not come into school, instead they should call us to pass on any information on 0121 553 1573. We also ask that you try to maintain a social distance at the start and end of the school day.
All pupils have their homework books and reading books which can be worked through. We also aim to put some work on to our school website so that children can continue to learn whilst they feel well enough to do so.
Keep an eye on our website and Facebook group for extra updates and links for learning. You can request to join our closed Facebook by searching Holy Trinity C of E Primary; please answer the question about how you are connected to school as people’s Facebook names and pictures do not always show clearly who they are. Just a reminder that our Facebook group is a place for sharing positive things and not a place to raise concerns.
